And get this – I can even submit time-off requests directly through the app. It's like they actually thought about user experience for once! The graphs are actually readable, which is a huge plus. It’s not quite Tableau-level visualization, but it gets the job done. I heard they have some APIs too, which is cool for integrations, but I haven't dug into that yet.
