After going off the birth control pill in November 2024, I needed an app to help track my period. For a free app, it works well. Tracking the days/flow of my period is easy, and I like that you can log your symptoms (though I do find this part a little clunky), as well as write notes. Getting reminders of my period coming is great. And the ability to see the predicted date on the future makes it nice to plan vacations.
