What's a solid Android app for quickly making notes that I can also organize into different notebooks?

From a technical standpoint, the UI is pretty snappy – we're talking about a load time of around 1-2 seconds on my Pixel. The real kicker is how easy it is to create different notebooks; the dev team really thought about keeping things organized. I can separate my work notes from my grocery lists without any spaghetti code situations. Plus, it barely uses 60MB of RAM, which is a win in my book. The text formatting options are decent too – nothing crazy, but enough to keep my notes readable. All in all, it's a solid little note-taking app that doesn't try to be something it's not.
