What's a grand iOS app for keeping on top of rent and stuff when you're constantly moving about?

Right, so, as a travel blogger, I'm never in one place for long, which makes boring stuff like paying rent a total nightmare. I stumbled across Online Portal by AppFolio and it's honestly been brilliant. It lets me pay rent online, see my lease details, and even contact my landlord all from my phone. It's saved me a load of hassle, especially when I'm in a different time zone and can't easily call. Plus, it means I don't have to worry about posting cheques or anything like that – which is just not practical when you're living out of a backpack! It's especially useful in places where the internet's a bit dodgy; I can download important documents beforehand and they're always there. I used it when I was renting a flat in Berlin and it worked a treat. Absolute lifesaver!
