Honestly, MyHealthONE has been an absolute godsend for me. Trying to keep track of medical records from different countries is a nightmare, but this app sorts it all. I can see my lab results from that dodgy street food incident in Delhi, book a follow-up appointment back home in Dublin, and even message my doctor with questions without having to faff about with international calls. It's especially handy because it doesn't eat up your roaming data as much as some other apps I've used. I had a bit of a panic when I needed to find my vaccination records to cross into Brazil, but they were right there on the app, easy peasy.
