Right, so I stumbled upon the 2000 AD Comics and Judge Dredd app before I headed to Iceland, knowing the internet situation there can be a bit dodgy. Downloaded a load of Judge Dredd comics, and it worked a treat! Didn't eat up loads of data either, which is always a win when you're roaming. It's proper useful for getting your comic fix on long bus journeys or when you're stuck in some remote hostel with naff Wi-Fi. The interface is pretty straightforward, and it's sorted me out on more than one occasion when I needed a bit of entertainment. Plus, reading about Mega-City One while I was in Reykjavik felt strangely appropriate! Definitely worth a download if you're into that kind of thing and want something reliable for offline reading.
