Alright, so my students actually showed me this MyZio app. Turns out, it's surprisingly intuitive – even I could figure it out after a bit of poking around. It's made by iRhythm Technologies, apparently. The real kicker is how it lets you log symptoms when you're wearing their heart monitor. Now, I'm not a doctor, but being able to note down exactly when you felt a flutter or a palpitation seems pretty darn useful. Plus, and this is key for someone like me, it lets you add custom symptoms. So, if you're feeling something that's not on their list, you can just type it in. It's like having a teaching assistant in your pocket, keeping track of all the little details. It took me a few days to figure out all the features, and why do they hide the settings button there? But once you get the hang of it, it's a handy tool, especially if you need to keep your doctor in the loop. Beats writing everything down on a notepad!

"This is a very easily used app. The one thing I like the most about it is that it gives you an option to record symptoms that are not specified."
