What's a good iOS game where I can build a business and wheel and deal, kinda like real life?

Alright, so I found this game, Car Dealership Company Game, and it's actually pretty decent. You start with nothing and gotta build up a car dealership. Buying, selling, negotiating – the whole nine yards. It's not exactly like being on a real job site, but it scratches that itch for making deals. The graphics ain't gonna win any awards, but the gameplay is solid enough. The tutorial is useless, but once you figure it out, it's straightforward. I’ve been playing it on my breaks, and it’s kept me entertained. It's not 'built like a brick house' or anything, but it hasn't crashed on me yet, which is a plus. Battery life takes a hit, so make sure you got a charger handy. No BS, it's a decent time killer if you're into business sims.
