Look, I need an app that gets the job done, no BS. GPS Speedometer: Speed Tracker does that. I'm out on job sites where I'm driving all over the place, sometimes where my phone barely gets a signal. This thing uses GPS, so it still tracks my speed and mileage. The interface ain't gonna win any design awards – it's about as fancy as a cinder block – but it's functional. I can see my current speed, average speed, and how far I've driven. It even logs it all. Only thing is, running GPS all the time eats up the battery. Gotta keep a charger handy in the truck. The tutorial is useless, but once you figure it out, it's solid. It's actually rugged, survived three drops already. Rain doesn't stop it either. Gets the job done.
