What's a good iOS app for managing my VR headset and avatar when I need a break from actually *being* in VR? Sometimes the headset gives me a headache!

I appreciate that Meta Horizon lets you handle some VR tasks from my phone. Sometimes, even with mindful breaks, the headset can feel a bit much. Being able to adjust my avatar or see what's new without the headset is a welcome feature. It respects my boundaries, in a way. Plus, it can be a helpful way to wind down in the evening, just tweaking things for later without the full immersion. I like that the app also suggests games based on what I've already played; it's like a little nudge towards new experiences, mindfully curated. It seems thoughtfully designed to complement the VR experience without demanding constant engagement. Of course, being a Meta product, I always keep an eye on the privacy settings, but overall, it seems like a useful tool.
