What's a good iOS app for keeping up with the national news and wonderfully organizing it, like having a card catalog in your pocket, dear?

Well, I've found the USA TODAY app to be delightfully intuitive. It's like having a perfectly organized newspaper right on my phone, only much more searchable, of course. The categorization system is brilliant; I can quickly find articles on topics that interest me most, from current events to, well, you name it! And the way they present the news... it's so wonderfully organized, it reminds me of how I used to keep the periodicals in the library. I've even figured out how to customize my news feed, which is quite impressive actually. Who knew my phone could do this? Makes keeping up with everything so much easier, especially now that I'm retired and have more time to… well, read the news!
