My students actually showed me this Homebase app. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it's surprisingly intuitive once you get the hang of it. It's like having a teaching assistant in your pocket, reminding everyone when they're supposed to be working. I can see who's clocked in, manage time-off requests (those always seem to pile up!), and even track their hours for payroll. Why do they hide the settings button there, though? Took me forever to find it! But overall, it's made my life a whole lot easier. No more schedule mix-ups, and the kids actually seem to like using it, too.
