Okay, so Glassdoor is basically a design-forward app that lets you peek behind the curtain of different companies. The information architecture makes sense, and I love that you can see salary ranges β transparency is key, am I right? But the real gold is in the employee reviews. You can get a feel for the company culture, the work-life balance, and whether or not the office has good coffee (priorities!). Plus, it's super helpful to see what people are saying about the interview process. The filters could use a little love, but overall, itβs a pixel-perfect way to avoid ending up in a soul-crushing job. Definitely a thoughtful UX.
