Okay, so the Kroger app is pretty clutch for couponing. I'm not about printing stuff out anymore, that's boomer tech. With this, I can browse the digital coupons while I'm chilling at home, clip the ones I want, and they're automatically linked to my Kroger Plus Card. When I'm at the checkout, I just scan the card through the app, and the discounts apply. The API integration for the coupons is usually smooth, but sometimes it glitches – like the review mentioned, the Wi-Fi can be spotty, and that's a pain. From a technical standpoint, it's using location services to know when you're in the store, which is cool, but also kinda creepy if you think about it too much. Overall, though, it's a solid way to save a few bucks without having to deal with paper cuts. The dev team really thought about making it user-friendly, for the most part.
