What's a good iOS app for accessing weather radar data with a clean, easy-to-interpret visual interface?

From an academic perspective, Element: Weather Radar presents a well-researched design for conveying complex meteorological information. The app's radar visualizations are clear and readily understandable, which is pedagogically sound for both casual users and those needing quick access to data. The color schemes are thoughtfully chosen, and the layering of information – such as precipitation types and intensity – is surprisingly elegant. It’s particularly useful when I'm working on projects that require analyzing environmental data sets; a quick visual check can be intellectually satisfying. The cross-platform compatibility is also a bonus, as I can access similar visualizations on my iPad. Overall, a novel approach to an old problem.
