What's a good dating app where I can actually see who's nearby without having to pay extra?

I haven't dug into the API calls yet, but initial impressions are good. It's not bloated with unnecessary features, and the core functionality – finding people close to you – works as advertised. Good for a quick look to see who's around without having to swipe through a million profiles first.
