Alright, so I've been messing with the 3D Galaxy Watch Face, and from a technical standpoint, the parallax effect is pretty well done. It gives a real sense of depth to the galaxy scene, like you're peering into a tiny universe on your wrist. I'm seeing it loads in about 2-3 seconds on my Galaxy Watch 4, which is decent. The dev team really thought about the animations; they're smooth and don't look janky, which is a huge plus. Under the hood, it seems optimized, barely uses 60MB of RAM when it's active. I was worried it would be a resource hog, but so far, so good. Itβs not customizable to the degree that you can, like, pick specific constellations, but the pre-sets are visually appealing. Definitely a step up from some of the static watch faces I've seen. No more spaghetti code situations here, seems like!
