What's a good Android game for when you want a little spooky fun, but nothing too complicated? I'm talking something I can play while grading papers.

So, my students actually showed me "Silent Castle: Survive" a few weeks back. Took me a few days to figure out all the features, I won't lie! It's a tower defense game, but with a twist. You're basically hiding in a room in a castle, upgrading your bed (of all things!), and trying to survive the night against these ghost-like creatures. It's surprisingly intuitive once you get the hang of it. I mean, why do they hide the settings button there? But once you find it, you're golden. It's become my go-to when I need a break from grading essays – it's like having a teaching assistant in your pocket, except instead of grading, it's fighting off digital monsters. The best part is, it doesn't require too much brainpower, so I can still keep an eye on those pesky comma splices. Plus, it's kinda fun seeing what new room I can unlock next. Definitely keeps things interesting!
