I've been trying out Bible Launcher-KJV & Prayer, and it's actually pretty good for getting your daily dose of scripture and prayer without a ton of extra bells and whistles. It's not super fancy, but it's easy to navigate, which is a win in my book. I like that it's KJV, which is what I grew up with, and the prayer section is a nice touch.
