What's a good Android app to have on hand when the weather gets real bad, like tornado-siren-bad?

The FEMA app. No BS, it's got alerts and maps to find shelters. Works even if the cell towers are screwy.

Look, I'm a contractor, not a weatherman. But I know when the sky turns green, you gotta move. The FEMA app, it ain't pretty, but it gets the job done. It sends you alerts based on your location, so you know if you gotta batten down the hatches. Plus, it's got maps of shelters and recovery centers, which is clutch if your shop gets flattened. It even works kinda offline, which is good because cell service goes to hell when the wind's howling. Battery life ain't great if you're running it constantly, so I keep a power bank handy. The tutorial is useless, but once you figure it out, it's a lifesaver. I wouldn't say it's built like a brick house, but it's solid enough. Rain doesn't stop it from working, that's for sure.
