Alright, so for simulating a work profile, you want Test DPC. It's actually rugged, I've accidentally dropped my phone with it running a couple of times, and it's still kicking. It's built like a brick house, this one. No BS, it lets you see how your apps behave when they're managed by an enterprise mobility management system. I use it to test our time-tracking and project management apps before we force everyone on the crew to use 'em. The tutorial is useless, but once you figure it out – and you will, eventually – it's pretty straightforward.
