I can quickly sketch out a floor plan, add in dimensions, and even visualize how a room might look with different furniture arrangements. It's great for open houses when buyers are trying to imagine their own furniture in the space. Plus, it looks professional on my iPad Pro – a must when you're trying to impress potential clients! It's not perfect, the interface takes a little getting used to, but it definitely adds a layer of 'presentation-ready' polish to my client interactions. It helps them see the potential in a property, which is what I'm all about. For me, it’s like having a digital sketchpad always at the ready, making those on-the-spot visualizations a breeze.
