Alright, so I was messing around trying to find a decent satellite view app, and I stumbled on Live Earth Map Satellite View. From a technical standpoint, the load times are pretty good; I'm seeing it pop up in about 2-3 seconds on my Pixel 7, which is solid. The street view integration is pretty slick too. It's not Google Maps level, but the dev team really thought about making it easy to jump around and explore. I even checked out my old high school, which was kinda fun. It's using about 60MB of RAM while I'm poking around, which isn't too shabby. No noticeable lag or anything. If you just wanna quickly scope out a location from above, it gets the job done. Plus, the UI isn't total spaghetti code, so that's a win in my book.
Key Features
Fast loading satellite imagery
Integrated street view functionality
Reasonable RAM usage (around 60MB)
"Great app to see other parts of the world."
