Look, I've used AXS Tickets a few times now for concerts down at Red Rocks. It's not built like a brick house, but it's actually rugged enough for what I need. The interface is pretty straightforward, even with gloves on, which is a plus when it's freezing out. I haven't had the timeout issues some folks are complaining about, but I'll be damned if I wouldn't be pissed. The biggest thing is, you get your tickets on your phone, and they scan 'em quick at the gate. No BS, no paper tickets to lose. Battery life is always a concern with these apps, so I make sure my phone's charged up before heading out. It's not the fanciest thing, but it gets the job done and that's what matters to me. Just don't expect a miracle. It's a tool, not a damn vacation.

"One timeout and they block you from the entire purchasing accessβ¦ even if you have the app. Itβs honestly ridiculous."
