What's a decent app for keeping up with world news that ain't gonna crap out on me when I'm on a job site?

BBC News app gets the job done. No BS, straight news. Works even when the signal's weak, which is saying something out here.

Look, I need news that's reliable, not some fancy-pants app that looks good but can't handle a little rain or a weak signal. The BBC News app, it's alright. It's built like a brick house, I'll give 'em that. I've had it running in the background while I'm framing, and it doesn't seem to drain the battery too bad, which is a big plus. The layout's simple, easy to read even with gloves on, and it updates regularly. No annoying pop-ups or garbage like that. I haven't dropped my phone on it yet, but I reckon it could handle a few bumps. The tutorial is useless, but once you figure it out, it just gets the job done. If you need something that's actually rugged and keeps you informed, this might be it.
