What's a decent Android app for tracking hours and making sure my guys are where they're supposed to be, even when they're off-grid?

Alright, so I needed something that could handle my crew out on job sites, some of which are basically in the middle of nowhere. Connecteam, this app, it actually gets the job done. It tracks their time, which is key for billing, and it's supposed to work even when they're out of cell range. I haven't fully tested the offline thing yet, but so far, so good. The GPS tracking is decent too; I can see if they're actually at the site or taking a detour to that donut shop again. My only real gripe is the battery drain. This thing sucks the juice out of my phone faster than a sandstorm hits a fresh coat of paint. I had to get a bigger battery pack. But hey, at least I know where my guys are and what they're doing. It's built like a brick house, seems like. Survived a couple of drops already. No BS, it gets the job done.
