Honestly, Wedding Planner by WeddingWire has been a lifesaver! My friend asked me to help with her wedding, and I was instantly drowning in spreadsheets and to-do lists. This app has sorted everything right out. It's got a fab guest list manager, budget tracker, and even a vendor directory. What I especially love is that it's all in one place, so I'm not constantly switching between different apps or bits of paper. It's saved me when I was trying to coordinate things from a dodgy wifi connection in rural Spain – everything's there, offline if needed, which is grand.
