Okay, what's a good Android watch face app that's super minimalist but still lets me see the date?

Okay, so I've been hunting for a watch face that's not all cluttered. Vanishing Hour is pretty slick. The design is very design-forward; it's all about minimalism, which I appreciate. The information architecture makes sense, and I love that it includes the date – super important. I did notice that the option to show the date on the AOD (Always-On Display) is missing; hopefully, they add that in a future update! But honestly, the pixel-perfect design and the way it uniquely displays the time is great. It really adheres to that 'less is more' design philosophy. Plus, it's glanceable, which is key for a watch face. I am a big fan of how it looks and feels. It's a neat and intuitive idea for a watchface.
