Okay, so I downloaded this game, The Ants: Underground Kingdom, because I needed something to do while waiting in the school pickup line, and OMG, it's a lifesaver! You basically build up your own ant colony, which sounds kinda boring, I know, but it's actually super strategic. You're collecting resources, upgrading your ants (yes, different kinds of ants!), and even battling other players. It's surprisingly engaging, and the best part is I can play it in short bursts. I can check this while making lunch, and then get back to it later. It's not one of those games where you HAVE to be online all the time, which is a HUGE plus for a busy mom like me. Plus, the graphics are actually pretty cool. I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of obsessed with my little ant empire now. It's a great distraction when I need a mental break from the chaos!
