You can find local people who offer dog boarding, walking, or even just drop-in visits. What I love is that you can read reviews from other pet owners, see photos of their homes, and even schedule a meet-and-greet before you commit. I found this amazing lady down the street who didn't even bat an eye when my chihuahua, Pepito, tried to hump her leg (don't judge!). It takes literally 30 seconds to set up – I timed it while microwaving mac and cheese for the kids. Plus, I can check it while making lunch. A total lifesaver when you're juggling a million things!
