Alright, so my students actually showed me this app called TheGrint. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed β why do they hide the settings button there? β but once you get the hang of it, it's surprisingly intuitive. It's like having a teaching assistant in your pocket, but for golf. I can input my scores after each hole, and it keeps track of everything automatically. What I really appreciate is the GPS feature. I can finally see how far I'm actually hitting the ball β sometimes it's not as far as I think! Plus, it saves all my rounds, so I can see how I'm improvingβ¦ or not. It even calculates my handicap. Honestly, even I could figure it out, and that's saying something. It's made my Saturday rounds a lot more enjoyable, even if my slice hasn't magically disappeared. Itβs free to use, but they do have a premium option if you want even more features. I havenβt tried that yet, but the free version is plenty for me right now.
