It's a novel approach to an old problem – human curiosity about resemblance. The cross-platform compatibility is a definite plus, allowing students and researchers alike to engage with the app regardless of their preferred mobile ecosystem. However, I'd caution against placing too much stock in the results; after all, algorithms are only as good as the data they're trained on.
