I have been using ZOZOFIT since 2023. They have come a long way. I use the suit to measure. Mentally this has been extremely helpful for my weight-loss journey. I have had months without weight-loss. Normally I would have given up because I didn’t see movement on the scale. I can actually see myself shrinking on the app. Because I am very active and lift weights I am losing fat, gaining muscle, and losing inches. This is even though I am the same weight. Again very motivational. Customer service is amazing. They take input and are very quick In responding. I recommend this app for anyone trying to lose weight or do body re-composition. It is definitely one for the girls that want to understand their bodies but also how to maintain their bodies and see what differences they can make in the specific areas to work on. Not working at first but then I realized it needed an update. Thanks to customer service I resolved this issue. I’m happy it’s resolved because I love this app. I’ve lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks.
