Zocdoc: Find and Book a Doctor

I have been putting off scheduling a therapy appointment because my insurance app is extremely hard to navigate. But with Zocdoc i plugged my insurance card into my patient profile and from there they took care of the rest. It was extremely easy and genuinely took me seconds to book my first appointment!!! this has taken such a weight off my shoulders. Took seconds to book!! Dr Preeya Shah was to the point and efficient…I reviewed my areas of concern and she explained what was going on. Loved the new office and the support staff were very accommodating. Speaking of her team, they are consistently well-prepared, conveying a perfect blend of calmness and professionalism. Every interaction is met with genuine smiles and accurate action, making each visit a smooth and pleasant experience. Suggestion for ZocDoc: I appreciate the appointment reminders, but I'd like to suggest an improvement: perhaps remind patients twice, not incessantly every day leading up to and on the day of the appointment, especially after an acknowledgment has been made. It would be helpful to find a balance that informs without overwhelming.
