I only manage 3 rentals but have helped others get into renting out properties and stepping into the world of Landlording. My go to for finding the right renters is Zillow and use of their tools. In 15 years of renting and having 3 rentals… only one person did I ever have to ask for the rent, and that was the one renter I didn’t find on Zillow. All payments have been made on time with great renters. Thank you Zillow! Not an improvement! Zillow is one of those apps that you’ll have a hard time trusting. Most of thier listings are genuine scams and the app is genuinely wonky as heck and starts lagging after a second.
