I did 5 stars so you can see this,about 5 months ago or smth I went on here and did this:It did the loading screen for a long time so when I went to search smth up (idk what) it said:Sorry, this is not available right now.Check you internet connection. My internet was perfectly fine. I was pretty mad so I decided to watch smth on my Laptop. Cannot figure out how to reach out to them and get a refund. We only use it for football season but they charged me in June. Trying to get a refund but they are making it impossible. I click on the request refund button and it takes me to a link that is impossible to actually request a refund. I will be looking for something else for football season.
