Be careful using this yoga app. It’s addictive and can transform your life through easy access to yoga anywhere you are. I love this app as it has helped me with improving my posture and flexibility. My time isn’t very flexible but using this app helps me squeeze a quick session in the break room of my office. Thanks! Be Careful!!! I’ve had 3 back surgeries within the last year including 2 spinal fusions. After my initial recovery, and cleared by my doctor, I started with yoga for balance for the first time. I found it to be way more helpful in stretching and balancing than all my PT combined. Know your limits if you are post surgical. Love that I can do this in my own home at my time. Just renewed!
