I use this app three times per week. Easy to use, it motivates me. I like that you can edit your workout if there’s an exercise that is too hard or that I don’t like. I can also make my own workout if I don’t want to use the workout the app has made for me. I love this app and I will continue to use it. Helpful and motivating I use this app three times per week. I’ve been using this app for about six months now, daily. I am 72 and I love to start my day with it. I like the workouts and the app delivers. I airplay it on my big tv screen and makes me feel at the gym in the comfort of my house. I like the sequence of warm up, to workout to cool down . Really enjoying these workouts, I'm 60 and really active on the bicycle and these exercises really helped me on the bike and in daily mobility. I keep recommending it to my friends. I really like how every day is a different workout focusing on different areas of the body. I'm not sure I've ever felt better. Getting out of the bed and walking down the stairs is painless now. Do it! Really enjoying these workouts, I'm 60 and really active on the bicycle and these exercises really helped me on the bike and in daily mobility. Been using the app for a year and a half. Started off at beginner and now in on the advanced level. You can modify an exercise not working for you. You can go back a level if needed.
