Wawa: Food Ordering

I greatly appreciate the is perk. Often and I forget and leave my phone charging in the car or something so I don’t get credit for about half of my purchases, but I’m still blessed and thank you. I run a Soup Kitchen and pantry out of our church around the corner from you. I volunteer for three days as a trustee doing maintenance around the church and after 24 hours of volunteering the milkshake with the green tea additive was really nice. Wawa app is great. Just wanted to leave a review about the fuel rewards. I’m trying to activate my $0.30 off a gallon of gas and it keeps rejecting me. Would be nice if the app could verify your location before allowing the user to activate the pump. I read about users mistakenly activating a pump without physically being at that particular location and someone else benefiting from their mistake. The chick-fil-a app does verify location and it will warn you if one chooses the wrong store and allow to cancel the order and place it at the correct location. The app is good but for a company this size, you should be able to consolidate gift cards like the Dunkin app. It is difficult when you have more than 5 gift cards because it only accepts 5 at a time. I love the app. It makes things so much faster and more streamlined. I just have a few requests about the favorites option. 1: I can’t find how to save my favorite location. Can you please make that easier? 2: can you please make it so we can like unlimited items instead of just 10? You have so much good food and so many options! It’s ashame we can only mark 10 as our favorites! And here’s a request for another feature maybe you can add. Perhaps you can add a suggestions box for new flavors or dishes, or anything the customers might think of.
