I find that Volaris is an airline that offers very affordable flights to cities that I happen to go to. I have found nonstop flights from Oakland California to CDMX for under $50 USD. I called to attempt to cancel a passenger on our flight and obtain a refund. After being transferred once a lady answered and was extremely rude. I was trying to be nice but after her frequently cutting me off and talking over me loudly I grew frustrated with her. When asked to speak to another representative because she continuously repeated exactly what I said she denied and said to hang up and call back. Mind you I had already struggled multiple times to speak to a live agent before. I hung up in the middle of her talking over me again. She then sent me a personal harassing email. I didn’t care of the disrespectful profanity message she sent. I responded to her the same way of course. However, the fact she accessed my personal information for her to personally harass me is what is alarming. If she has access to my email I’m pretty sure she has access to my home address, Full name, date of birth, and payment information. Imagine how many clients she has done this too? I have proof of everything. How can I obtain the name and supervisor information to report this employee.
