VLC Media Player: Media Player

New VLC user. Got tired of Apple's ridiculous app ("Music"). Searched and tried many media apps and finally settled on VLC for my music library on ios and osx. I do use another app for video on osx, and I have to say that if they had an app for ios, a CarPlay compatible app I probably would not be writing this review. So far I am very happy with the VLC apps on both platforms and working to learn how to use to full potential. So far, so good... New VLC user. Got tired of Apple's ridiculous app ("Music"). EDIT: Thank you for getting back to me with this information! I will update my review. Well, this was a bust. They don’t tell you that you have to have a computer to connect your iPad so that you can get this work. I do not have a computer. All my files are either local to my iPad or in Dropbox or in iCloud.
