I recently had a problem with service. A tech Adam arrived and went above and beyond to restore my internet. He was professional yet friendly. Thank you again Adam. I then spoke with Shantel regarding my bill and she was very helpful and answered my questions. Thank you again also Shantel. My wife and I recently switched over to Verizon after being unsatisfied with one of their competitors for the last 2 and half years. Since switching back in September (2025), we have not had any of the issues we were previously having (unstable and unreliable service). Verizon’s 5G internet has been very stable and reliable. Since switching, We have not had any drops or interruptions. My wife and I highly recommend Verizon 5G internet. This app is phenomenal—fast, user-friendly, and incredibly helpful for getting things done quickly. It makes my daily tasks so much easier, and I genuinely enjoy using it.
