I originally wrote a negative review because Veo spiked up the cost of their commuter pass by an extra $20 without warning. However the service is miles better than its competitors and the customer service responds nearly instantly at all hours of the day. So they’ve won my support back by a million. Great app and helps me on my commute by a lot. I’m visiting my hometown where I grew up and I haven’t lived here in 11 years so I thought I would explore downtown Cleveland. So I decided to hop on this vehicle to get around quickly and to capture images with my Insta 360 camera. It worked out well.
