Been a client since 2008, and was just reflecting how much this app has improved. Vanguard really stepped up the app game. Love being a client. Keep it up. I’m able to conduct over 90% of transactions online. I haven’t had much experience with a phone agent. Thank you Vanguard for adding this new feature. Adding a two factor authentication for us to have before log in to our account was a great from you guys. People like to review only when there something wrong; I believe you guys also need to hear when something good is done and when your dedicated effort it’s nothing but visible.
