UPS has lost or destroyed our last 5 packages! It has been a nightmare to get deliveries. The last package is very important! The first two all product was missing out of boxes! The UPS delivery personnel are the best. They are reliable, courteous and take their jobs seriously. Since we have had major problems with their primary competitor I always insist that vendors use UPS for shipments to us. UPS is the best The UPS delivery personnel are the best. I’ve been using the app for several years and the updates that have progressed over that time have been great. Recently, in the current and last versions of the app I cannot get my shipments to show up in the Tracking Screen of the app. I can manually enter the tracking number and all of the info is correct. I can even assign a nickname. However, when I exit that screen and go to the general tracking screen the delivery is not there. This has always been automatic when a delivery was scheduled for my address. Not sure if I need to do something different or if this is really a bug.
