I was unexpectedly treated beautifully as they determined it was my birthday. A lovely card, any beverages or food, United went above and beyond to show they are really interested in upping customer service. Great flight, great crew, just amazing.! So this is my fan note to the product and engineering team: You guys have built something really special here! I haven’t genuinely enjoyed a B2C app like this in a while, that too on a stressful trip!
