This app is great for the air warrior. It is accurate, updates in real time, provides push notifications, and is not clunky Delta used to be my carrier of choice, but they have failed me too many times. United Airlines has made my experience handling and training service animals incredibly efficient, easy, and with no stress. The staff are well trained, and most have a good idea of how to assist handlers and pet owners. The app allows me to add my service animal and have her information saved, the forms are easy to work through and I can add my animal easily to any flight. They are a lovely bunch of people to travel with and I want acknowledge and congratulate them on making a difference, and setting themselves apart from other airlines. I personally choose to fly business with my animal so they can rest easier. I always wash my animals before the flight and take good care so other passengers barely know they are there.
