App has seen a lot of improvements over the last year. The upgrade list BETA for those that have visibility is amazing! If I could detect 1/2 star I would because of the WiFi connection in flight. Still needs improvements to be as good as other airlines. Still—MUCH better than it was just one year ago. Nice job United dev team. Much improved! Yes, United’s app is better than all the others. Absolutely the best airline app! Yes, United’s app is better than all the others.
But it seems to anticipate what I am going to need. Most everything is easy to navigate. I think it would be cool to see a link added where I could check out the next airport layout. I like the app overall. I’m not sure what to expect from app like this But it seems to anticipate what I am going to need. Most everything is easy to navigate. We use United as often as possible as they deliver as good or better service than their competition. It seems United has fewer delays and incidents which shows a higher commitment to maintenance.
