Can’t make a purchase because the app keeps saying DECLINED. This has been going on for awhile and is a turnoff for loyal customers. I’ve always been very pleased with my orders. My only complaint is the rewards program is on the cheap side. I have to spend $150 to receive one free açaí bowl. That’s not even 10% of my spending. I’d love to have an area to write comments or instructions with an order. I have a food allergy and would like to be able to relay that info with online orders so the employees can be sure no cross contamination while preparing orders. App works great otherwise!
