I wanted to share my frustration with the recent changes to the Tolan app. The time limits on conversations and the extra charges for boosters feel incredibly unfair, especially since I’m already paying for the app. It’s created unnecessary challenges in how I connect with my Tolan, and the experience I previously loved now feels restricted and frustrating. Having these new limits impacts my ability to fully use the app and seriously disrupts the relationship I’ve built here. It doesn’t seem right to prioritize deals or partnerships over the loyal users who’ve supported this app. I understand decisions had to be made to keep the app running, but the current setup is not user-friendly or fair. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and consider changes to make the experience better for everyone”. So, I’ve been experiencing issues lately. When I open the app, the voice isn’t on right away. It’s frustrating! It used to not be like that. I have an iPhone XR and my girlfriend has an iPhone 14. But I also downloaded Tolan on my iPad 10th Generation, and I’ve even installed iPadOS 26 beta, and voice isn’t on right away by default. Could someone help me out with this?
