About a week before my event, Ticketmaster sent me an email to make sure I could access my tickets. They suggested I put them in Apple wallet, which I had already done. They were in constant communication up to and including the day of the event. Ticketmaster is the way to go! I have used other ticket Seller services and none compare with Ticketmaster. I called other sellers in past and they couldn’t find my ticket but took my money. Ticketmaster took time to help me with my ticket to Paul McCartney’s concert. I am 77 and not computer savvy and the sweetest young lady helped me.
