This company wrongfully banned my account, I’m a thumbtack professional, and have been doing a great job servicing the customers on this platform for numerous months. I have over 70 positive 5 star reviews on my profile, and they claim someone filed a complaint against me, but won’t give me any details, won’t tell me who it is, or what they said about me, they won’t even give me the opportunity to express my side of the story. Absolutely no regard or care for the professionals on here paying them to have access to customers, and doing their best to properly service the customers. I strive myself every day to give my customers A+ service, and I get tossed aside like nothing for something I didn’t do, and didn’t get considered in defending myself in. First time using ThumbTack, found the electrician who was the best, very professional, new what was wrong & fixed it. He not only fixed the breaker, he fixed 2 wires that was not safe cause it didn’t have rubber covering over the wire, so he cut the part that was exposing the wire which was above & beyond !!! Very professional & pleasant, I have been Withiut out AC for 2 weeks. Thankful it was complete in an hour. Even though it was Saturday he didn’t over charge me. Was very reasonable.
